All pricing on our site is in US Dollars. For all international orders the ship-to recipient will be responsible for customs duties incurred. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery, as this is something your country assigns. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.

Once the order has shipped you will receive the customs number to the email used on the order.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

menialy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS or your local post office (refer to your tracking number to determine which delivery service to contact). Or if you purchased Route insurance, refer to your Route email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

If your order fully processed, you will receive an email from menialy confirming your purchase along with order details. Please make sure to double check your info when checking out so the order confirmation email and product go to the right places. Please allow 2-4 days for fulfillment to be completed. If you do need to make changes to an order, please email customer service as quickly as possible. Please be aware that any order changes may not be fully completed if your order has already been fulfilled. For customer protection, menialy will not be able to add or remove any items from an order that has already been processed. If you are wanting to add an item you missed, you will need to place a separate order for that item. Any item not wanted can be returned through our standard return process.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed it will be sent out in 1-2 business days, then location will determine the amount of shipping days. Typically US orders take an estimated 3-5 business days shipping. All other international, estimated 8-21 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your purchase ships you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place order. US orders ship USPS or FedEx. International orders ship DHL, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your bag is ready to ship and be picked up by our shipping carrier, you will get a tracking number sent to your email you used at checkout. Please allow 24 hours or so for your tracking number to update in their system. If you did not receive a tracking number, make sure to check your spam or junk folder in your email. Also, make sure to check the correct email you account you used at checkout. Many people have two or three accounts and can sometimes forget which account they used. If you still did not get a tracking number, chances are your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
